1. Protection of your 25% deposit.

2. A 25 year installation guarantee on Felt Flat Roofs.

3. A 25 year installation guarantee on Rubberbond EPDM Fleeceback Flat Roofs.

4. A 25 year installation guarantee on Pitched Roofs.

5. An insurance backed guarantee for the entire duration of your installation guarantee in the unlikely event that Sure Guard Roofing will cease to trade during the period of your guarantee.

6. A Building Regulations Compliance Certificate as proof that your installation complies with current Building Regulations. (Alternatively, notification and approval for the completed work would need to be sought from your Local Authority’s Building Control department directly at a cost of approx. £250)

Furthermore your guarantees are registered to your address so if you sell your house they are fully transferable enabling you to pass the cover on to the next owner.
